Broken Glass – Renzo Piano Building Workshop’s Shard

London Bridge Tower by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (a.k.a. The Shard)

We took a little time off at the start of September to go to London, UK. If you know us at all by now, you already know that we spent most of our time shooting architecture (we kid you not). It was a great opportunity for us to further develop our portfolio and shoot a few creations by some of the most prominent architects on the planet. We start off our London Report with a few pictures stolen at London’s Riverside district at the end of our trip after a long rainy day. “London Bridge Tower is a 72-storey, mixed-use high rise tower located beside London Bridge Station on the south bank of the river Thames. This project was a response to the Mayor of London’s policy of encouraging high-density development at key transport nodes in London. ” We were most fortunate to see the skies clear just in time for sunset providing us with some beautiful light to photograph this unmistakable landmark of the London skyline.
